I’m on my mobile device. I open the Power Apps app on my iPhone, and I can see the model-driven app I want to test. Great!

My client opens Power Apps on their mobile device, and cannot see the MDA. Why??

• They have access to the MDA on their desktop computer
• They have access to other Power Apps for their organization

Did you know??

In the Power Apps app, when you click on the user icon in the top left, a user settings pane opens. And if you scroll down just a little, there is a “Show non-production apps” toggle.

Bingo! We were trying to get them to test their MDA in the UAT environment, a non-production environment.

Good to know that you need to instruct users to take that extra step to turn that toggle on when they are trying to access an app for testing.
