Her journey with Dynamics CRM began as an end user with an on-premises implementation of CRM 2011, where she transitioned from SME to IT project operations—a move that launched her career in technology.

Jenny advanced up thru the ranks to Director of Software Solutions, where she led a team responsible for delivering and maintaining business-critical systems. In 2021, she joined a Microsoft partner as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant, deepening her expertise in the Power Platform and Microsoft cloud technologies.

As a Principal Functional Consultant at Argano, Jenny spearheads enterprise-scale D365 CE implementations, leading cross-functional delivery teams through complex digital transformation initiatives. Her role encompasses business analysis, solution design, product configuration, close collaboration with technical teams, client relationship management, and driving user adoption strategies—all within an agile delivery framework and leveraging the Microsoft technology stack
